Tomatoes! Tomatoes! Tomatoes!
Last year everyone was complaining about what to do with all their unripe tomatoes, and this year they are overwhelmed with their surplus of ripe tomatoes.
I am not complaining... I am eating!
Sliced tomatoes have become a side dish for every meal, I eat them like an apple and suck out the seeds, I've already made a hefty doze of gazpacho and roasted tomato sauce. Tonight I will make this tasty dish.

I just finished slicing some yummy tomatoes that Joanne gave me yesterday. Our cherry tomatoes are just starting to ripen.
